As students in the UK have been affected by major disruptive events this academic year. How might we help all stakeholders to ponder upon all aspects of the higher education of arts so that every voice is heard during the times of sudden changes?
To generate content, we encouraged participants to reflect on all aspects of art education through submitting fictional speculations of a future of design schools called M.D.U.S.A. (Multi-Dimension Universal School of Art)

Audience
- classmates
- teachers
- tutors and staff
Initial research and brainstorming
We wanted to make this process as transparent and inclusive as possible by opening it up and asking our community what their ideal art school might look like, whilst allocating ourselves the roles of ‘amplifiers of their voices’. We did that by first setting a series of digital spaces for people to express themselves in, and second, by creating the necessary engagement for the platforms to become a relevant reference within our target community.

Journey Blueprint
I modified the service blueprint to create a journey of the users on the platform also noting how the platform will assist them in viewing existing feedbacks and adding one.

Primary Research
Zoom Tea Time(Interview)
We invited the RCA community, our friends, colleagues, Twitter friends via email, phone call, WhatsApp messages, social media to participate in our project, by providing a space to type their ideas and thoughts (padlet) and leave it open for co-creation.

Padlet( feedback forum)
We hosted a live discussion where we could expand upon ideas as we share them with friends, acquaintances and colleagues, thus, making it a more engaging and hands-on approach. Through the group conversations, we were able to understand the major topics and issues amongst the users.

Speculative Card Game
The Thing From The Future is an award-winning imagination game that challenges players to collaboratively and competitively describe objects from a range of alternative futures designed by the sustain lab. With some modifications to the tools and replacing the topics on the card with the topics that were discussed by our guests in the initial tea-time sessions, we were able to create a game that was created by the audience for the audience. This helped us to build up the narrative for our platform.

Final Outcome - Data
Visualization
Creating the Visual Identity for M.D.U.S.A. This involved collectively incorporating the influences of hypertext and cybertext along with the scope of our project with vast and ‘universal’, i.e. using the theme of stars and space showing the several ‘points’ of connectivity for our narrative and infinity expanding ‘space’ where they exist.

Final Outcome - Audio Archive
The participants' quotes were used as the text for the audio archive of our final outcome— a performative presentation of the newly developed schooling system, a website where all contributions were turned into sound using our own voices and automated text-to-speech technologies.
